Wow, thats awesome! Look at him there standin like a Boss! I like the glasses and the cigarette in his mouth, I think it really gives character.

I feel the highlights around him make him look a little flat though, but that might just be me.
or perhaps it is the lack of contrast in the shadow?

Now all he have left to do is to drink that radioactive cola. xD

that's a nice lookin meat tenderizer you have.

Wow, the rendering's awesome. I really like the detail you put on the helm, those rim highlights sure bring out the metal look in it. Nice air particles, would have given a 10 if the perspective of the background and weapon were aligned.
But by herself, the character's badass. :)
